The location was excellent, with several restaurants an easy walk away, and the balcony looked out over the lake. Our apartment was clean, very nicely equipped, and fairly priced. We'd gladly come back.

The location near the dam was nice, but the stay was disappointing. At 208€, I expected better accommodation, or at least a fan. The rooms were so stuffy it was hard to breathe. People at the skypark were still shouting and laughing long after midnight, so sleeping was impossible.

For the money, this is the best you can get in Námestovo, with excellent access. The place was beautifully clean and had everything we needed: a separate kitchen, fridge, dishes, cutlery and TV. The best part was the lovely view of the Orava dam. On weekends, loud disco music and drunk people shouting can spoil things, though you can ignore it. Very good.
