Hotel Comfort

This doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel to me, maybe 3 at most. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly: the carpet was dirty and there was hair in the bathroom. As others have mentioned, you can hear people talking in the next room. Breakfast was okay for a 3-star place, but the gym was awful and nothing worked. There are only five parking spaces, and they were all taken, so I had to park outside and pay. I won’t be coming back.

It’s right in the city center, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. The mattress was especially comfortable, and the room was warm. My neighbor snored like a chainsaw, which really tested the thin walls and sound insulation, but I still managed to sleep well. I tried the sauna after a long day and enjoyed it. It’s complimentary for every guest for an hour, as long as you book ahead. If you arrive late, you might not find a parking spot on the street by the hotel.

The location is great, and it’s a shame to see the property in this state. It needs a full overhaul if it’s going to regain its former glory. The owners should reconsider the way the whole place is being maintained. It’s neglected, the furniture looks worn out, and the walls and carpets are filthy. This absolutely doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. Low prices may attract people, but the name “Comfort” doesn’t do the place justice, and I can’t recommend it.

The room was clean and really warm, which was a blessing in the gloomy autumn weather, and the beds were super comfortable. You can book a private wellness session, but you need to reserve it when you arrive. The receptionists were kind and helpful, spoke excellent English, and made communication easy.
