The wellness is the best in Slovakia, with great massages and plenty more, all under one roof. Breakfast and dinner have lots of variety, and the food is extremely tasty. The rooms are cleaned and kept tidy every day. We come back regularly and are very satisfied, and friends we've recommended it to like returning as well. Service is high level, with friendly staff who put the customer first. When we had a problem, the staff resolved it promptly and to our satisfaction. I recommend it to everyone. 👌

The food was delicious, and there was enough variety that we couldn’t try it all. I’d read comments saying it was the same every day, but I didn’t find it boring. The kids especially liked the broths, particularly the beef one, I think, and the pancakes. There were also really good sweet potato dumplings with poppy seed. Slovak food turned out to be very tasty. The hotel is on the third floor of the Aquapark, with a viewing point on the top floor. It was very warm in the rooms and throughout the hotel, but fortunately the radiators can be adjusted and the window opened. A big plus was the staff: practically everyone was genuinely nice and willing to help. My one fairly significant downside was that the pillow was too hard.
