The reception and lobby were okay, and the women at reception were really kind and helpful. The one who checked us in was especially sweet. But the location is awful, on a very busy bar street full of drunk people, and driving there is a nightmare too. The garage parking looked like something from a horror film or a murder scene, so poorly done I don’t know what else to say. Our room was terrible: tiny, with barely enough space to walk, let alone open a suitcase, and it didn’t look renovated since the 80s. There were mosquitoes, spiders, and webs everywhere. After an exhausting eight-hour drive, we spent up to an hour killing them. The sheets were barely tucked under the mattress, and the room cleaning was hardly noticeable. Breakfast looked like toddlers had prepared it, and we skipped it after someone said it had made them sick. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I really don’t know what the four stars are based on or who regulates this. Hope they see the problems and improve. Good luck 🤞

I’m not sure this deserves four stars. We had to find dinner somewhere else, the bathroom smelled strange, and the water was warm but never hot.

At most, I’d call this a three-star hotel, not four. The room was very old and dark, with no mosquito nets. There were no slippers, bathrobes, or pool towels, breakfast was abysmal, and the personnel provided zero service.

There was construction going on all over, both indoors and outside, so it wasn’t relaxing at all. I paid full price even though the wellness area was mostly unavailable or broken down. In practice, there was only one sauna.

Very comfortable stay, with excellent rooms and a good experience. The restaurants and bar were great, and the staff were great too. I really enjoyed the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, and relaxing bubble bath. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
