There was no air conditioning, which could be a problem in summer. The rooms were small and poorly maintained, and the service was very limited.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were okay.

8/10
The location is a big plus, close to the road and still not far from the center of Trenčianske Teplice. Parking is right beside the road, and getting in was easy: I had one key for the downstairs gate and another for my room, so coming back late was no problem. The room was huge, with a spacious hallway. It felt more like a two- to two-and-a-half-star place to me, a bit too much room for my needs. For the price, especially in that location, the value was excellent.

The owners clearly take care of the place and their guests. They greeted us with a smile and were willing to help with any requests. We stayed for a week as a family and really enjoyed it. The rooms and hotel were clean and pleasant, with the feel of a historic hotel. I'd recommend it, and I think we'd be happy to return.
