The restaurant was excellent, and parking was plentiful. Our room was large, with a fantastic view, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. I was very satisfied with the service. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, highly recommended.

The meals were presented beautifully, and the staff were warm and always ready to help. When we asked about fixing the air conditioning, they were accommodating and helpful. This is a beautiful castle hotel between Zvolen and Detva, with a history going back to the Middle Ages. I strongly recommend visiting.

It felt like a real castle stay without the cold, dark atmosphere of a stone building. The furnishings were just right, with elegant renovations, first-class furniture, wall hangings, and memorabilia. What an amazing experience, especially if you've dreamed of staying in a REAL castle.

The whole stay was better value than we expected. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were accommodating when we had concerns about which room we would get. We were traveling across Slovakia for the first time and stayed one night.

2/10
I left my gold necklace in the wellness room during a business conference, but reception said they hadn't found anything. They wouldn't let me go back to the room to look, and I'm still waiting in case someone finds it. The service was very poor. The rooms are noisy at night, and breakfast was poor in both taste and quality. I don't recommend this hotel.
