Space is really tight, and the beds are very hard. For a shower, you have to hold the showerhead yourself, so good luck with that. Breakfast is hardly a meal, let alone three courses. At least the hotel is clean.

I was expecting less for the room price in this part of Slovakia, so the decent breakfast and spacious, thoughtfully furnished room were a nice surprise. The hotel has been renovated recently, though the design still isn't especially good. What stood out most was the service: I got terribly ill on the first night of my two-night business trip, and everyone from reception to the room maid was kind and helpful. They brought whatever I needed with a lovely smile, and they even sorted out breakfast when I was late. I only wish there were a small spa and a bidet. Then I'd have been completely satisfied.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. The hotel was clean, the food decent, and the rooms were good.

Room service was really poor, and the food was bad too. I'd bring your own food.

The restaurant staff really need training in how to look after customers. The hotel itself is at a good three-star standard.
