The sauna area was amazing, and the food was exceptional. We stayed here a while ago, and the hospitality still stands out. Every staff member was friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was always clean, and it happened to be accessible for people with disabilities as well. Lots of love to Berta the dog, she’s amazing. We feel deeply honored by the whole experience. Eduard made our time in the Slovakian mountains unforgettable. His English was good, and he was also a real talent behind the bar. The lychee, mint, and coconut cocktail he made was so unusual and refreshing. He was warm and polite, and kept an eye on what we needed without hovering. If you’re in the area, look for him. His hospitality and cocktail skills were five-star.

We aren’t guests at the hotel, but my family and I have been coming to Bachledova Dolina for our annual ski trip for a good few years and visit the hotel every day or night. The entertainment never disappoints, and the service from the hotel and restaurant staff is above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and they set a very high standard. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to say a huge well done and thank you to all the staff.

The cleanliness, the polite and efficient service, the pool and wellness area, and the amazingly tasty food made our short three-day visit unforgettable. This place is wonderful, in a magical part of the Slovak mountains. We wish we could give it more stars. Thank you, Strachan family, and lots of love to Berta the puppy!
