Apartment Downtown

We were happy with our stay. Great place right in the center.

I stayed for four nights in one of the apartments in July 2022. The location was excellent and the renovation looked beautiful, but the apartment was dirty throughout. The shower stall was grimy, the windows were extremely dirty, the kitchen unit was stained and painted over, and there was about two centimeters of dust on the chandeliers. Two wardrobes couldn't be used because they were packed with duvets, pillows, high chairs, and cots. There were only two hangers. I called to complain first, but the woman I spoke with didn't introduce herself, so I don't know who she was. I couldn't move to other accommodation, so I paid the agreed amount and stayed until checkout. When I handed over the keys, another woman, again unnamed and with no stated role, saw the dirt and said ironically that it wasn't her fault, it was the other one's, and that she was on vacation. When I asked who owned the place, she literally said, 'one man.' There was no apology or sign of regret. During Covid, an apartment should be disinfected, not handed over dirty. Anyone who doubts this can contact me; I took pictures. Also, nobody asked me for ID, so they don't even know who stayed in the apartment.

It’s a handy spot for a weekend with friends, practically beside the market square, and the price is very good. I recommend it, though cleanliness needs attention and some damaged items, such as light bulbs, should be replaced.

The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the nice lady gave us suggestions for breakfast and coffee. We were completely satisfied.
