The only things I liked were the comfortable bed and the friendly, helpful receptionist. Otherwise, the official three-star rating and renovated facade don't match the reality. The furniture was dated, the shower was broken and patched with duct tape, and soap was limited to a tiny 7 ml single-use pouch. The hotel is so close to the railway that passing trains will rock your soul. Breakfast wasn't served buffet-style, and the price was absurdly high. I'd only use this place if I desperately needed somewhere short-term.

For €50 a night, this was a terrible experience, and I won't stay here again. My room hadn't been cleaned: there was plenty of dirt and dried chewing gum stuck to the table, and about 97% of the light bulbs were missing. The bathroom was either much too small for one person or just unpleasant to shower in. Photos attached.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but the rooms and beds were awful. Everything smelled, the furniture and sheets were in terrible condition, and the old beds smelled too. It felt like sleeping in a homeless shelter. Breakfast was a joke. Avoid it at all costs.

Everything felt old, as if the place were 30 years behind. The accommodation was absolutely low-end, yet the nightly price was so high. I would never recommend it, even to my enemy. How does this hotel even have stars?
