The rooms were clean and beautiful, though not very spacious, especially the bathroom. There was a kitchenette and the breakfast was good. Parking was limited.

The language barrier was a major problem throughout my stay. Nobody spoke fluent English, so at times I had to use Google Translator. Before my first trip outside my country, I messaged the place but didn't always get a reply. I was nervous about visiting a new country, and while still at my home airport I asked them to confirm a driver would be waiting. I heard nothing, so I called. The person who answered asked if I had a booking and said it might be with her colleague. In the end, I did meet the driver at the airport, which was good. But when I reached the hotel, there was no room available. Another guest, a guy from Gambia, was in the same situation, and they put us in an apartment. My door had no key, so I couldn't lock it. I was worried every time I went out and found it unlocked, though nothing happened to my belongings. One guy tried to fix it and couldn't, then said he'd come back the next morning but never did. I told another guy, who also said he'd fix it, but he never came either. There was no water, too. I arrived at 11 PM on July 10th and couldn't shower until around 1 pm the next day, using another place inside. The guy from Gambia had no water either. They only fixed it on the evening of July 11th, and I was leaving the next morning, July 12th. The owner also told me to turn off the air conditioning because I had to pay for it, even though it was too hot. It was my first time abroad and already the worst. I moved to savana hotel after that and had a great stay. In that area some people spoke a little English.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the staff were friendly and nice. We loved staying here and will definitely recommend it.

The services were fantastic, and the rooms are nicely furnished. It's a great residence in a good spot, situated at cite keur gorgui.
