The rooftop is a lovely place to unwind in the evening, with music and views across the city and ocean. Breakfast is served up there, too. Abdoul was a really friendly, helpful host, always willing to sort things out when needed. The neighborhood felt safe and authentic, with a beach and lots of restaurants nearby. For me, this is the best place to stay in Dakar.

We had two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony at the front, and a porch at the back. Housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was included each morning. The owner even went with us to the beach to buy food and crafts. The whole experience was top notch.

Abdoul and the staff were great, and the apartment was very clean, with a small kitchen. The rooftop breakfast was superb, and dinner was available as well. It’s close to the beach. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Abdoul is a great guy who seems to know everything. The locals and other travelers we met were very friendly, and the rooftop feels like a nice little oasis in the city. The location is fantastic, making this the best place to stay in Dakar.
