We booked hotel transport in advance, but nobody was waiting for us at the airport. At check-in, we saw a notice saying the pool was under maintenance, and there’s no bar by the pool. Neither was mentioned on the booking sites. The shower had no hot water. When I told reception, they asked, “Do you need it?” The same thing happened the next evening. The WiFi was terrible, and getting into the room with the key was a real problem. We left after two nights instead of staying the planned five. Reception wasn’t friendly at all. After a long argument, they gave us a 20% discount. This is nowhere near four-star service.
