We made a little horseback ride through the coffee plantation and enjoyed wandering around the grounds. The animal rehabilitation center tour was a nice part of the stay, and my wife especially loved the bird aviary. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, the rooms were tidy and very clean, and the staff were amazing. What a beautiful location. We stayed three days, and all the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommended!

The rooms aren't luxurious, but they're clean and the beds are good. It was nice to ride horses and see the coffee farm at the hotel. Breakfast was good too.

We arrived late, and the staff were still so warm and welcoming. They even made tea for us. We really enjoyed this place.

Hotel Alicante feels like a magical, peaceful place. The grounds are beautiful, and there's a small chapel too. We had great food at the restaurant on the property, and Ataco is only a short drive away. They also have an animal sanctuary that you can tour for a very affordable fee. I'll definitely come back.

The rooms were basic but clean. The TV didn't work, and I couldn't connect to the wifi, though it was nice to disconnect. The kids really loved seeing the animals, and our guide was very kind.
