The beds were comfortable, the mountain and volcano views were beautiful, and the coffee was 💯. We also loved the delicious food 😋. Friendly service too, they checked in to confirm our arrival time. A beautiful, relaxing hotel. I have to stay here next time! Next stop, casa 1800 los naranjos 🍊

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with lovely linens, though the bed was too soft for me. There's a coffee machine, but a fridge would be nice. The shower water never really warmed up, and the wifi was just OK. Parking was safe and fine. The hotel has a fantastic view from its spot up a small hill, still an easy walk to the town center. Breakfast had several options and was OK, nothing special. Dinner was poor: the chicken linguine was too salty and overcooked, with hardly any chicken, and the burger came on a huge bun we didn't eat. Service started out OK, but when a large group arrived, we were ignored. We gave up waiting for dessert and eventually flagged someone down just to pay and leave.

That complimentary traditional breakfast was the best, even my wife, who usually doesn't like beans, loved theirs. The room was very CLEAN, and the views are beautiful. We fell in love with this lovely hotel, with its quiet location and friendliest staff. We'll recommend it to friends and family. P.S. Call ahead for the coffee tour, I highly recommend it.

Everything was clean and well organized, and parking is available. The location is great, still an easy walk to the Pueblo’s park area. Staff were friendly and patient with our questions. Breakfast is included too. I'd hands down recommend this place to anyone traveling the ruta de los flores.

The complimentary breakfasts were really good, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had to leave before breakfast for an early hike, so they left us a great breakfast sandwich and a drink with their security person. Clean rooms and amazing views in a great location make this a lovely little hidden gem. Ataco is a wonderful small town with a great feel for local culture.
