The staff made the experience especially positive. They were kind and professional, ready to help or answer questions, and treated us respectfully and cordially. You could see their commitment to guests and the effort they put into providing good service. The hotel was cozy, clean, organized, and felt safe from the moment I arrived. Facilities were in very good condition, the room was nice, and everything worked properly, so it was easy to rest and enjoy the stay. It was a satisfying visit, and I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good treatment. Katherine was a huge help with airport transportation and arranging all our tours while we were in El Salvador. The rooms were very large and comfortable, and the room was perfect if you like keeping it very cold. We enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and dinner at the hotel. We had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this property.

The lounge was AWESOME, one of the best I’ve been to, and the women working there were wonderful. All the meals and snacks were great. I booked with points for myself and my four kids, and as diamond members we were upgraded to the executive floor. My kids loved the clean, nice pool area. I didn’t use the gym, but it was clean and very well equipped. The rooms are a little tired, though the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Check-in was fast.

We were upgraded to the executive level, which meant we got access to the Lounge, and we were delighted. Maria in the Lounge was so sweet and kind, and all those yummy treats made it extra special! 🥰 The hotel is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the staff are great and friendly.

I was upgraded to the executive level on the 7th floor, with a volcano view. The place is stunning, and the staff were professional and happy to help whenever I needed something. Parking was easy and had no extra fees, unlike many other Hilton properties. I paid exactly the price they quoted when I arrived. I’d come back.
