The cabins have fireplaces, which helps because it gets really, really cold at night. I'd bring extra blankets anyway. The gardens are lovely, the rooms were clean, and the service was good. Had a great time.

We stayed in a cabin tucked into an avocado orchard, and really enjoyed the cabañas and the grounds. It’s a lovely property, with great gardens and very nice staff. Some basic requests could use better handling, though. They wouldn’t let me add onion to my hamburger, and there was an extra charge for things like more fireplace wood and butter for pancakes. We’d stay again and hope to return with friends.

The mountain ranch is lovely and well kept, and our tourist guide was friendly and patient. The restaurant staff and waiters could really use customer service training, though. Some of the basics still need work.

The photos don’t really show how large and nice the place is. The cabins were clean, had everything included, and had hot water. There’s a daily tour with lovely views, and the food was great, around $10 a plate with breakfast included. I’d recommend it.
