Domus Hotel San Salvador Casona Colonial

I used to choose this place often and really loved the safety, clean rooms, and service when staying with my family. This last visit was the worst, though, and I won't stay here again. For what I paid, the service was bad. There were three adults in the room, but we got just one towel, a tiny shampoo, and soap. When I asked for a clean towel, the replacement was dirty and had makeup on it, just folded to look clean. The sheets were dirty too, nothing like the white ones in the photos, and the front desk person got upset when I asked to have them changed. The staff had all changed and were rude. The breakfast they served in the morning was a joke; they should offer a continental breakfast instead. I paid for three days, but housekeeping told us to leave the room at 10 a.m. and insisted we had to go even after I explained the booking was for three days. That was the last time I'll stay here and pay so much for this treatment.
