The staff are good people, and the hotel is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Rooms are okay, but the shampoo could be better. Breakfast wasn’t enough. Seems good for families.

Room number 4 had very comfortable beds, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner worked well, and the TV had lots of options, especially for kids. The host was super friendly and attentive. It felt like visiting family, particularly in the patio where breakfast is served. We needed an affordable place to sleep and freshen up, not too far from the city center, and this did the job. There’s a pool too, which we didn’t use, but the other guests seemed to be enjoying it. We’ll definitely return on our next trip.

The location made getting around easy, just a short walk from MetroCentro, restaurants, and other things you might need. The pool area was lovely, and I had some great swims there. Leaves get in, but if you ask, they’ll clean it right away so you can enjoy the water. My room beside the pool felt private and comfortable, with fresh sheets and a nice scent after each cleaning. It had air conditioning, WiFi, and a TV I could connect my laptop to. What really made the stay was the staff. Gloria recognized me from our phone call, and the whole team, Francisco, Valeria, Doña Milagro, Doña Jenny, Ana, and Gabriel, knew me by name and treated me like a VIP. They were warm and respectful, and went out of their way to help, day or night. About the hot water, most places in El Salvador don’t have piping hot water because it’s warm year-round, so that’s part of the local experience. This isn’t a big chain hotel. It’s a hidden gem with staff who make you feel like family.

The pool was a nice bonus, and we were happy with the service and staff hospitality. It was a very comfortable place for a family stay. Parking space is limited.
