Such a lovely place, really enjoyed it.

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us advice, sorted things out, and was always available. The location is fairly good, beside a shopping center, and the gated compound felt safe, with security watching who came in. It’s about 15 minutes from town by motorbike, though, and for that distance the price doesn’t feel like a bargain for El Salvador. We gave it 3 out of 5 mainly because the bathroom situation wasn’t what we expected. It appears on Booking.com as private, but it’s outside the room. If you’re the only guests, it’s just for you; if someone else is staying in one of the three rooms, you may have to share it with the room next door. We always look specifically for a private bathroom, so we really didn’t like that. The room itself is small, cramped, windowless, and very hot, with no ventilation. You can hear everything from the common areas, the bathroom, and the neighboring rooms. One night at 2:00 AM, the manager came in without warning because new guests needed to check in. We were startled awake by the noise, and it felt strange to have such a late check-in without any advance notice, especially when sound carries so much. There was no kitchen equipment on our first day, though it was there on the second.

The room was clean, tidy, and really nice. I’d recommend it if you need a room. The woman who helped us was lovely and stepped in at just the right time with useful solutions. It was a very good experience. 👍

It’s quite a way from the city and its amenities, tucked away in a private, secluded area.
