The owners were warm and helpful, especially when we needed directions about getting transport from Mae Klong. The trip costs 10 baht per person, and getting to the songthaew departure point was the only confusing part for us. The location also worked well for visiting Amphawa floating market and Mae Klong train market, with a 7-Eleven nearby. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the A/C worked well. There was a small fridge, TV, toiletries, fresh towels, and a little bottle of water each day. Check-in was simple. We also appreciated the juice and fruit they offered. We heard some noise on the first night. The owners explained and apologized, and said it wasn't coming from their property. Still, it was a very good stay and we'd happily return.

The bed and bathroom were the best parts for me, both were really nice. The place is about a five-minute walk from the floating market, though the market felt pretty dead after collapsing during covid. Service was friendly, if a bit unprofessional, and there's no breakfast. The stay was just okay, neither great nor bad.

The room was clean, but it had no window, and street noise nearby went on all night and was unbearable. Noisy neighbors woke me at 3:40 and again at 6:00. The place is overpriced, the owner was grumpy, and I had to ask several times to get my key deposit back. The location is good. I won't stay here again.

When our rental car broke down, the owner's daughter spent half an hour speaking with around six different Avis operatives to arrange a replacement for us. Sorting that out is a hassle even in your own country and language, so her help was incredible. The owners were wonderful and really helpful. They saved us!

The rooms were clean and each one is different, and breakfast was nice too. It's not too far from the market, and the people were lovely. I left a gold ring behind, and they honestly sent it back to me.
