The wooden room was nice, the air conditioning got cold enough, and I slept well. The setting is peaceful and feels like traditional Thai canal life. The receptionists were relaxed and treated us like family. Getting food and daily necessities is inconvenient because it's far from town. I expected that with such a quiet location, but was disappointed that the on-site restaurant wasn't open at reasonable times, including late morning, afternoon, dusk, or night. The bathroom needed better upkeep. There were bloodstains on the wall and marks on the floor, so I had to wear shoes to shower, and the door handle felt sticky. The shower pressure was very low, and the damaged room door was hard to lock. I also couldn't reach the hotel by phone, WhatsApp, email, or other channels. They hung up when I tried calling and ignored my WhatsApp messages. Would I book again? Yes, if I visit Samut Songkhram for a short stay and the price is affordable.

My room was on a big deck right over the river, a lovely spot to relax with a drink. The room itself had a high ceiling and plenty of space. The place is beautiful, with trees all around keeping it cool. By the cafe there's a small pond full of big fish, maybe the ones with bumpy heads? I enjoyed feeding them. You can walk along the canal or river too. Happy here :)

A hidden little gem. The rooms are large, the people are great, and there's lots of free parking. It felt romantic too.

Such a quiet, natural place. At 7:30 in the morning, the staff get everything ready so you can pay respect to the monks coming by boat. You need to ask the night before. It's something you should experience once in your life.
