The staff made the stay easy. They were friendly and helpful, and when our room’s AC stopped working, they got it fixed right away. We also liked being somewhere calm, away from the busy center, while still only about 5-10 minutes from the main attractions and fun spots. We rented a scooter, which made this place a great fit for us. I’d recommend it for a family trip or if you just want somewhere peaceful to recharge.

We stayed at Amadha Villas with family, and it was a really frustrating experience. For around ₹20,000 a night, the service and upkeep were shockingly poor. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, towels were expected to last two days, and asking for fresh ones or cleaning meant an extra charge. We found stains on the sheets, dust on furniture, and a terrible bathroom smell. Some website amenities weren’t available or were poorly maintained. There was little staff support, and if your room is upstairs, you have to carry your own luggage. Even drinking water meant going downstairs to fill it yourself. Refills only came with housekeeping after two days, otherwise you were on your own. There’s also a rule that shoes must be left outside, which made me wonder if I’d booked a resort or gone to a temple. The long list of rules comes with threats of heavy fines if you break any, and guests should be told about that before booking. It felt more like a jail than somewhere meant to relax, and more like a scam than a hospitality policy. The location was inconvenient too. There’s nothing nearby, no restaurants or shops, so going to Ao Nang Beach for food or anything else cost around 300 THB each way every time. The place is highly overpriced, poorly managed, and doesn’t offer basic hospitality for what it charges. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels with better service, cleanliness, and comfort. I’d strongly advise travelers to be careful and avoid booking it. It’s absolutely not worth the money.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to book trips and activities. they also shared lots of useful tips for Krabi. i stayed six nights, and the room was clean and comfortable. it was quiet and peaceful too, easy to rest after long days out. the amenities could be better for a 4 star hotel, but otherwise i was very satisfied and would recommend it.

The room could have been cleaner. I found ants on the bed and hair in the bathroom. It’s pretty far from the center, and although there’s free transport three times a day, I often had to use Bolt or Grab. Getting a driver could be difficult, since many apparently don’t want to take that route. The rides add up quickly, so I’d choose somewhere closer to the center if you can. I also tried to rent a scooter, but they insisted on keeping my passport as a deposit. That’s something only shady rental places do, so I declined and rented somewhere else.
