The male reception staff were polite and helpful, and the location in Ao Nang is convenient. But the property was average and didn't feel worth the price. My main reason for regretting the stay was the woman managing breakfast. We had an 8:30 AM tour, and after breakfast I asked politely if I could pack a few fruits for my one-and-a-half-year-old baby, who was still asleep. It was going to be a full-day tour in a hot climate, and I didn't know when or what I'd be able to feed her. At first the woman hesitated, then gave me a very small bowl and said I could take fruit only in that, “only for today, not tomorrow.” Her tone made me feel as if I were asking for charity, even though we'd paid a significant amount. She showed no empathy for a family travelling with a baby in a foreign country. Street food vendors outside were much kinder. How much can a one-and-a-half-year-old eat? I regret choosing this hotel and wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is well located near the beach. Those were the only bright spots for us. The place was dirty and worn, our room looked nothing like the photos on Booking, and it felt dark and poorly maintained. There was no proper ventilation and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. Breakfast had little variety, mostly greasy meat and sausages. We asked for a knife to cut fruit, but there wasn't one. Laundry wasn't handled by the hotel itself, but through a small tour booth outside, which felt unprofessional. Service overall was minimal. I blamed myself every day of the stay for choosing it, and still feel a little guilty about that choice.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The beds are hard, though. I gave the resort two stars because of the sewer smell that came and went in our room and was there every time I went to the pool.

The staff were warm and friendly, always pleasant and ready to help. Breakfast was great too, with sweet staff there to greet you and bring you all your favorite Thai dishes from the menu. Great hotel and location. I had a great experience and will definitely visit again.
