We had a great time by the pool, which was awesome and had slides for kids and adults. The staff were courteous and responsive, and the in-house beer was affordable. The rooms were very basic, but neat and clean. Breakfast was a small continental buffet with no Indian options. The market and 7/11 were within walking distance.

The pool looked just like the photos and seemed decent, though I didn’t try it. Staff were welcoming and helped with our bags at check-in. We stayed two nights and had a different room each night, one in the main building and one across the road. The main building room was more comfortable and cost a little more. The other room was fine, but the elevator setup was awkward: after getting off, we still had to go up or down a short flight of stairs. Breakfast was decent, and the location worked well, with most places walkable. Ao Nang Beach was about a 15-20 minute walk.

Our late-night arrival in Krabi was a rough start. We had to arrange our own ride, and when we reached the hotel around 11:30 PM, the front desk staff didn’t make us feel welcome or offer much help. We were put in a bare room in a separate building with two beds and a broken intercom. We hadn’t eaten, and no one suggested where to find food, even though we were new to town. The room’s upkeep was also unreliable. Housekeeping often skipped cleaning even when we put out the “Please Clean” sign, and we had to follow up with reception repeatedly. When we asked for basic things like hand soap and dental kits, staff responded in a way that felt mocking. They mostly spoke Thai rather than making an effort to communicate in English, so I used Google Translate for basic requests. That shouldn’t fall to guests. Before travelling, I had tried several times to contact the hotel by phone and email without getting a response. I raised it with Goibibo, who said the hotel had replied to them by email, so it was surprising that my direct messages had gone unanswered. We’d carefully planned this long-awaited family trip, booking flights through MakeMyTrip and the hotel through Goibibo, and the stay was a major disappointment. We picked the property because we wanted to be close to Ao Nang Beach, but the distance turned out to be much greater than we expected. We only realized after arriving, and the online photos and description didn’t match the location or the experience. Communication, hospitality, cleanliness, and transparency all fell short. I’d urge future travelers to check the details carefully before booking.

We had a jacuzzi family room that worked well for four of us, including our youngest, who’s three. It’s an affordable, nice hotel if you want a pool access room, and adults can enjoy the water slide too. Breakfast and free parking are included. The location is convenient, with restaurants, laundry shops, and walking streets nearby.
