Pu made breakfast every morning, and it was very good, varied, and more than enough. There are plenty of small restaurants and a 7-Eleven within a five-minute walk. Pu and her husband were available, helpful with advice, and great at organizing things. They can drive you places in their van, which seats 10, and arrange excursions at preferential rates that Pu negotiates. The place was beautiful and very clean, with housekeeping every day, and bottled water provided daily. It can accommodate 12 people, and the price is very reasonable for all the services included. My only small complaint is that some rooms don’t have enough outlets by the bedside tables. I recommend Irawan House 1000%!

A good place for a large group visiting Krabi, with room for 12 people. It’s not very close to the beach, but we could arrange transport through them and that worked out fine. Breakfast was included, but it was the same for two days. We told them we didn’t need breakfast on the third day.

We rented all three houses around the pool. Poo made us a lovely American breakfast each morning, included with the rent, and cooked us a really nice Thai meal one evening when we stayed in. She was kind and sorted everything out at a discount. Her husband was on hand to drive us to and from the beach, Ao Nang City, and other local spots for free. The location was good and the service was excellent. When one air conditioner stopped working, they replaced it within two hours. Nice!

The villa was clean overall and had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for our group of four. One bathroom smelled really unpleasant, though, and the shower area in the other was clogged. On our last day, the caretaker, Ms. Poo, made us feel as if we weren't welcome anymore. Her service could be better.
