There was almost no water pressure, so showering was impossible, and the hot water barely worked. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and the pillows were worn out. The towels in our rooms weren’t replaced; they were left outside to dry and use again.

The resort is pretty and peaceful, in a good spot although not right in the center. Staff were helpful and arranged a roller rental for us. Our room was roomy and comfortable, but had an unpleasant smell. We weren’t in there much, so it was manageable. The shower was usually cold with too little water, and once the water stopped completely, though it could be fixed.

We left early because the whole stay became unbearable. Our booked room wasn’t available when we arrived, so we spent the first night in a temporary room. They said they’d move us the next day, but instead gave us another room with separate beds, nothing like what we had reserved. When we asked for a refund, compensation, or some proper solution, they refused and threatened that we could leave right away without getting any money back. Before the trip, we’d paid an extra 1,000 THB for the option of free cancellation. A week before arrival, our plans changed and we found better deals elsewhere, but they ignored our messages for several days. With no reply, we ended up going ahead with the stay. Communication was awful, management felt chaotic, and the attitude was unprofessional. It seemed they simply didn’t care, and we felt stuck choosing between putting up with it or leaving and losing all our money. Avoid this place.

The people there were nice, but the quality didn’t match the price. Our room had blocked toilets, a bad smell in the beds, and appliances that didn’t work. Mosquitoes were everywhere because the bathroom windows wouldn’t close.
