The location is perfect, right in the heart of Patong Beach near beach clubs, markets, restaurants, and Bangla Street. My room was clean and smelled nice, with a sea view. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. I was happy with The Bloc hotel and the reception staff.

The room was okay, and the pool was nice, but our seven-night first visit to Phuket was only an average stay. The tiny balcony barely fit one person and looked straight at the hostel next door. Two nights before checkout, the TV stopped working. Maintenance came but couldn’t fix it. It didn’t ruin our trip, though it was disappointing to have that problem unresolved on a stay that long.

I felt well looked after by the friendly, professional staff, and the room was clean and arranged in a way that made it easy to relax. Both cleanliness and service were impeccable, and the attention to detail made the stay enjoyable and memorable. The experience exceeded my expectations.

The staff were helpful, and the room was great, with a lovely balcony view. The location near Patong Beach and Bangla Walking Street worked perfectly. There was a small issue with the towels, but it was sorted quickly, so I had a fantastic stay at The Bloc Hotel Phuket! 🌟🏖️✨

The restaurant next door was a real find; I ate breakfast there every day. Staff at the hotel were friendly and always at the desk, and the location is great. The downside is the noise: Surf bar across the road plays extremely loud music every day from around 10am to 10pm.
