The rooms are basic, but they’re large, spotless, and have good air conditioning. There are free bikes too, which are a great way to see the temples, and the place makes a superb base for visiting the area. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand, served with a view of the ruins of a small temple. The three ladies running the place are so lovely. They don’t speak much English, but make up for it with their kindness and friendliness. Great value for money. Loved staying here.

The owner welcomed us warmly and even arranged free lattes to be brought to our room the next morning. Q Zone has comfortable, clean rooms set around a lush garden courtyard. Guests can use the hotel’s bikes for free, and the historical park is only five minutes away by bike. We’ll definitely come back.

We spent six nights at this lovely boutique hotel. Breakfast is included, and you can order from a Western or Thai menu. The woman who takes your order and cooks will make sure you get plenty, so come hungry. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well laid out. There’s a big selection of bikes for guests, all in excellent repair, and cycling is a great way to get around Ayutthaya and see the sights. Nothing negative to say. Highest recommendation!

Breakfast is served in a nice area overlooking the canal to Wat Hasadavas. The woman who seems to run this quaint little boutique hotel is very nice. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was softer than at the other places we stayed, which we really liked. Highly recommend.
