The only good part was the man looking after guests, who was very kind and made us feel at home. The owners, though, seemed completely incompetent and didn’t even apologize when we pointed out the location was wrong. Agoda listed the property as 200m from the center, and I booked mainly for that because I can’t walk much. In reality, it was about a 20-minute trip, which was a serious problem. The bicycles were all broken, and although they advertise a free breakfast and the place looks nice, the hot water had almost no pressure, making a proper shower impossible. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I’ll report the misleading and unacceptable situation to Agoda.

The owner is such a sweet man, and everything about the stay was perfect. Amazing place, I’d absolutely recommend it.

The prices are very reasonable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There’s a hot shower, the location is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast is included too. I highly recommend it if you need a room in Ayutthaya.

A friendly family runs this great hostel/hotel. The room had what a backpacker needs: AC, a fan, WC and bathroom, and the bed was pretty comfy. Some other apps list it as V house.

The room was comfortable and the AC worked well, so the hotel was okay, but not great. Breakfast didn’t have much, and when I asked staff to clean my room, they never did. After two days without service, I cleaned it myself. The neighbors had dogs that were annoying and sometimes barked all night. The service was bad.
