I was really disappointed. The single pillow was the hardest and least comfortable I can remember, and with the firm bed it felt like I might as well sleep on the floor. Noise was another problem: the walls seemed paper thin, and something like a water pump kept me awake for most of the night. For a hotel presenting itself as 5*, it felt very average.

The room itself was comfortable. I forgot an item, though, and asked the hotel to send it back. They said they would cover the cost themselves and put the responsibility on me since I was the one who forgot it. Then a week passed without hearing from them, even though I checked in twice during that time. I still don't know what happened. If there's a cost for the time or anything else, they can tell me. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the hotel. In any case, I won't ask them to help return the item now; I'll just buy another one. I'll take it as a lesson and try not to forget anything next time.
