The staff were pleasant, which is why I’m giving two stars. The hotel also felt almost empty, so I wish they’d offered us a bigger or better room. Our room had a terrible view, and the photos show what it actually looked like. The main issue is that this doesn’t come close to a five-star stay. The internet didn’t work, and only three channels on the TV were usable. There’s no decent restaurant nearby, and despite the claim that it’s “100 feet from the center,” there was nothing around us. Getting to the real city center took 30 minutes to an hour. We travel often and have stayed in plenty of hotels, so we know what five stars can mean. This felt like two stars at best.

After our motorcycle trip, the manager and staff gave us a warm welcome and treated us very kindly. They even provided a complimentary dinner of our choice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff kept smiling, were polite, and were always ready to help. It was a great place to stay, and I’d gladly return.

Bella B Hotel made for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The clean, spacious rooms and air conditioning were the best parts for me, along with the rooftop pool. But I’ve stayed at three-star hotels in Thailand that were much better. English was difficult for the staff, the corridors were very hot, and noise from the hallway carried into the room. Breakfast was mostly fried rice and noodles, with just one kind of fruit. The pool area also seemed to be used for drying sheets. It was okay, but definitely not a five-star experience.
