We saw prices for two, four, and six hours, and the four-hour option was just right for us, I think about ฿2500. For that location, the price seemed reasonable. It's not luxury, but it's convenient if you have a layover and just need sleep and a shower. The easiest way to get there is to walk from the departure floor across the bridge. The bed was larger than we expected, with plenty of room for a couple. Water from the shower ran onto the bathroom floor a little, but that didn't bother us. We got two bath towels and no hand towels, which was fine. The air conditioner got very noisy for a while, so we turned it off, waited a bit, then switched it back on and it was fine.
Finding a way to reserve the exact number of hours I needed was very difficult, and I couldn't find a proper website for the facility. The main Miracle site lists other hotels, so I thought I'd booked Sleep Box by Miracle, but it turned out to be at the wrong airport. Nobody replied to my emails, which made the booking side feel poorly managed. The staff on site were very friendly, but the room was tiny and had no windows. A vent to the roof let in a lot of noise from airport staff toilets and changing rooms in the same building, so it wasn't possible to get the sleep I was paying for. At 80 euros for four hours, that's 480 euros for a full day, which is far too much for what's offered. I can't recommend it, unfortunately. To find it, go to level 4 in departures, leave through door 8, and cross the bridge. It's on the left.
For a six-hour layover, having a bed and bathroom right by the departure hall was exactly what I needed. The room was clean enough, though it could use a deeper clean, and it came with towels, soap, and bottles of water. The staff were friendly. You can hear noise through the walls, but it was still quieter than sitting around in the airport, and earplugs sorted it out easily. Airport prices are what they are, and I expected to pay for the convenience. If you need somewhere comfortable to rest between flights, this worked perfectly for me.
The room was just right for a shower and some rest before my flight, and it was clean. I booked a six-hour slot on Booking.com, though shorter stays can be arranged directly with them. The food was amazing and reasonably priced too. I had spicy prawn spaghetti, a Thai tea frappe, and roti. A hidden gem, no complaints.
The receptionist was really kind and friendly, but I found the room far too noisy to sleep in. I could hear people blowing their noses and flushing toilets. Staying longer than six hours also gets incredibly expensive. I wouldn't recommend it unless you sleep very deeply and only need a short stay.
