The owners were really kind, even though we had to rely on Google Translate to understand each other. We enjoyed a quiet evening watching the sun set over the rice fields, and tried snakehead fish at a restaurant nearby. We’d looked here as an alternative to staying in Sing Buri and were glad we chose it. The room was comfortable, though the bed and pillows felt a bit hard for us.

Each of the four separate bungalows has a little seating space facing the rice fields, plus a covered parking spot. The family can also make meals for a small charge on request, such as Pad Krapow for 60B. We chose to try the famous Siam Buri snakehead fish at a nearby restaurant instead. The guesthouse is family-owned and set among the paddies, and everything was meticulously clean, right down to the details. The family speaks no English and our Thai wasn’t enough to communicate, but we managed with a phone translation app. They were patient and friendly while we explained that we’d booked online and prepaid. We’d definitely stay again next time we pass through Siam Buri.

Pretty quiet hotel, and they provide free bottles of water. The shower only had cold water, and there wasn’t a remote for the air conditioning. Still, it was really cheap and good overall.

A really relaxing spot among the rice fields, on a small road not far from the river. It’s a little resort with four small bungalows, run by a friendly couple. 😍
