The location made everything easy, with lots of shops and restaurants just outside, a 7-Eleven right in front, and the Full Moon Party beach literally next door. Ventus Hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely for daytime relaxing, and the staff spoke good English, which helped a lot. We had a great stay.

The staff were incredible, handling difficult situations professionally and firmly, which is why I'm giving four stars. The hotel itself was OK, but breakfast felt average and basic compared with other options. A lot of the men staying for the Full Moon Party were rude, very loud, and sometimes aggressive, constantly trying to bring outsiders into their rooms. Be aware of the party schedule if you stay, though the team working there is top-notch.

The included hot breakfast was nice, and the onsite restaurant served good food, though there wasn't much choice on the menu. I stayed four days during the Full Moon period, and the friendly staff and beautiful hotel made the trip feel extra special. The pool and gym were both great for a relaxing day there. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The reception team were so friendly and helped us with absolutely everything, and the bar staff were great too, quick with service and good at making us laugh. Shout out to Charlie and Min from the bar! The rooms were really spacious, the facilities were great, and everything was very close to the beach. Honestly, an amazing stay from start to finish.

Modern, clean rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, and a bar. The resort has a great vibe and good-looking people, yet it's quiet and set back from the road, right beside all the stores. Way above average for this island. I didn't see many kids apart from my own, but people were friendly to them.
