The location by the beach was lovely, with a perfect sunset. Across the street there’s a 7-Eleven and one of the island’s best cafés, which has a French bakery. I’d happily recommend Mangata. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived at Mangata Boutique Bungalows. The place looks even better in person than in the photos, especially the beautiful entrance garden and pool area. Our bungalow was spacious, clean and cozy, with tasteful furnishings. Cycy was easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful.

We liked it so much on our honeymoon that we added another night. Our bungalow had a stunning sea view, and bars and restaurants were only a few minutes’ walk away. Cycy gave us a lovely welcome and shared plenty of tips for exploring the island. The rest of the staff were fantastic too. We’d definitely come back someday, thanks again!

Heaven, in one word. It’s the most beautiful, peaceful and clean place on earth. The owners, cycy and Mika, are the nicest, friendliest, most amazing people I’ve ever met.

Waking up to birdsong and then taking in the sea from the terrace is hard to describe. The Mangata Bungalows sit in a beautiful, private jungle garden, and the garden and infinity pool are very well cared for. The furnishings are lovely and feel typical of the country. Everything was just right, and the location made it an ideal place for a perfect vacation. Cycy, the owner, was so nice and always ready to help. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention for being caring and attentive.

That hammock view from the beachfront room is a dream. Cycy and the team were so friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay.
