The room was clean and the facilities worked, and the location was great. It could get loud outside sometimes because of the noisy cars. When we arrived, we waited a long time to get in because the attendant wasn’t always at the desk. Our keycard stopped working after a few days, but they replaced it quickly.

The location didn’t work well for me. It felt far from public transport, and in Bangkok’s weather I didn’t want to walk. It was also hard to find a taxi, Grab, or Bolt. My three-night stay was a really bad experience. I arrived at 11 p.m. because of my flight, and was asked to pay an extra 300 Bath for late check-in. That fee hadn’t been mentioned on Agoda, and Agoda didn’t give me a way to contact the hotel in advance. The room was dirty and smelled bad. Someone had used the toilet without flushing, and there were lots of little bugs. I killed more than 10. Road traffic was noisy all night too.

The room was good and the staff were good too. My only issue was the car noise outside, since the room isn’t soundproof.

I booked a family room, and it was big enough, with large windows. It’s a good, inexpensive place to stay, and the staff were very good. They let me check in early.
