Meals were really, really tasty, and the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help and made us feel welcome. The rooms at H2DO Bangkok were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay pleasant. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

I stayed here for 10 days of state quarantine and it felt like having my own apartment, the rooms are so big. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, so keep the windows shut. The food was decent and pretty spicy. I had a great experience overall, and I'm grateful to the staff for being kind and professional.

The room was pretty average, more like a one-bedroom studio with the bedroom opening onto a living area. Still, it was fine for a seven-day state quarantine, and the F&B and housekeeping teams were lovely. They were polite and seemed to care about the residents, and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job representing both the hotel and the state. The receptionist was a different story. They often sounded irritated on the phone and seemed unwilling to help. When I called to ask what my family needed to do to pick me up after quarantine, since the information pack didn't explain it, the person answered with an annoyed tone and brushed me off as if the instructions were already there. They weren't. There were two other incidents as well, but I'll leave it at that. The reception staff need better training, or a role without customer contact.

The convenience store inside the hotel is overpriced, which was the one downside. Otherwise, H2DO Hotel is the quietest hotel around, and the waiters and cleaners are very kind and speak softly.

During the covid19 pandemic, staying here felt like an average hotel or apartment stay. The situation was pretty hectic and could use some improvement.
