SureStay By Best Western Iconic Suvarnabhumi

We loved swimming in the beautiful pool early in the morning and again in the evening, and it was a nice way to catch up with friends and family. Surestay Iconic Suvarnabhumi was a great choice near Assumption University. There are many Surestay hotels in Bangkok, so if family members are booking from different parts of the world, make sure everyone chooses the same one. The air conditioning was wonderful during our April stay, the hottest time of the year. Reception staff were friendly and ready to help with questions or issues. Breakfast had a tasty mix of western and Thai food. Our room was clean and serviced daily, and the laundry service came in handy. I'd highly recommend Surestay for comfort and value.

The check-in staff were nice, and the western-style bed was soft and really comfortable. The room was good, though a little dated, and the shower pressure could be better. There’s a factory construction site next door; it didn’t bother me much, but noise-sensitive guests may feel differently. I skipped breakfast. For the price, it’s a great option and I’ll come back.

We had a wedding nearby, so the location worked perfectly for us, though it’s outside central Bangkok and may not suit everyone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool, and the pool was lovely and cool too. Staff were friendly, eager to help, and happy to share travel tips. I’d just ask for more fresh fruit at breakfast 🙏

The balcony had nice views outside, and the room felt airy and spacious. The beds were comfortable, there were locks on the doors, and toiletries were provided. There’s also a restaurant and bar for food and coffee. The pool is one up, and the front desk staff were very responsive and cooperative. The location right near assumption university felt a bit odd, but I had the best night of my life here, and the stay was great value.
