The lobby's small, but my room was really spacious and had very cool AC. I only stayed one night and had a pleasant time. The receptionists weren't as bad as some other reviews made them sound, maybe the staff changed, not sure. I enjoyed my stay ☺

I asked the receptionist if I could check in and leave my luggage, then come back later. She got aggressive and asked whether I hadn't understood her when she said check-in was at 13:00. The booking app listed 12:00 pm, but I could accept the 13:00 time. What I couldn't understand was her reaction to my question. She needs to learn how to speak to clients.

The rooms are clean, but there's no coffee 😁

There aren't many places to sit in the lobby, just four sofas, so visitors end up staying there a long time or resting on the floor. There are no power outlets for charging phones. The room and washroom felt very congested, and the hotel has no breakfast or swimming pool. It's really only a place to rest.

The woman at the counter was dishonest and didn't really help us with our problem. I wasn't happy with the service or the room. For the same amount of money, you can find somewhere better, so I'd avoid staying here.
