It’s a large hotel, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean and a good price, though definitely a budget hotel. We picked it because it’s very close to the MOCA. I was disappointed when I arrived and saw how dated and a little shabby it looked. It could use renovation, especially since the Travel Agent‘s website photos made it look more updated and colorful.

Front desk service was good. Everything else was fine too, but they wouldn’t let the grab staff bring food up to my room.

The area is pleasantly quiet, and it’s easy to get in and out to the main road. This is a budget hotel made from a former residence. The rooms are quite dated and could use renovation soon, but it works if you’re trying to save money.

The staff’s attitude was poor. They reluctantly came with us to the room and insisted the AC was “fine,” though we were still sweating even on its coldest setting because it barely cooled. The hotel is cramped and extremely run-down, with broken wardrobes full of dust mites. My child had an asthma attack as soon as we went in. Opening the closet doors released a strong, foul smell. The location is remote and inconvenient. This feels like the sort of place a tour operator books, and I’d never choose to stay here myself.
