The staff were very helpful, and we enjoyed our three-night stay. The morning buffet was good, and the room was a decent size. The shower was okay, though we had trouble getting the hot water temperature right. The street outside is very busy, but we could walk to everything we needed, including food, massage's, pubs, and convenience stores.

It’s a great area to explore from, with the BTS very close by. We found it the easiest way to get around. The staff greeted us warmly. Our room was okay, although the only USB sockets were on one side of the bed. The gym was good, but its air conditioning could have been better, and water was available. The pool was lovely, but there were so few sunbeds that we couldn’t use it, which was a shame.

The food at breakfast was abundant and full of flavor, with Western, Chinese, Indian, and Thai choices, plus dim sum and beet juice. The rooftop restaurant and bar is the standout, serving Mediterranean food with breathtaking views. The hotel sits in the heart of Nana, where street vendors, eateries, and bars give the area a lively feel. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms aren’t spacious, but they’re comfortable, with comfortable beds and plenty of supplies, including a security box, mini fridge, shampoo and conditioners, soap, lotion, and dental supplies. We didn’t get to try the gym or pool. At this price, I’d recommend the hotel for good value and a memorable stay. The shower water didn’t stay hot consistently during peak hours, switching between hot and cold, though it was okay off-peak.

It’s not a quiet or uncrowded area, but the hotel is convenient for all sorts of needs, from food and shopping to transportation, medical tourism, business, holidays, and parties. Although it’s off the main road, it’s near Nana BTS and surrounded by lots of restaurants, with El Goucho next door. The rooms are large, clean, and modern, the shower is good, and the laundry service is good. Breakfast is standard, but pretty good.
