The location was a real plus, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the two bottles of water in the room. WiFi worked well in the entry, though it wasn’t usable in the room. I found several insects in the room, which was unpleasant, and the shower was broken and didn’t work properly. There was no shampoo, and the pool was closed while I was there. Even with those problems, I’d still recommend All Together Suite if you’re looking for that particular location. My stay was mostly neutral.

The rooms were the best part, clean, large, and new, with an LCD TV, a very nice bathroom, a water heater, a fridge, and a fresh, comfortable bed. You get good value for your money. The road is dirty and tiny, so don’t let that put you off, and the lift isn’t brand new.

We paid a low price for a solid, quiet building set a little back in an alley, so our one-night stay was nice. The hotel is large, and it must have been well made, with very large rooms. But its age and neglected maintenance are becoming noticeable, for example, some power outlets don’t work.

I can’t recommend this place. Things worth 30,000 Baht were taken from my suitcase, and management didn’t care about my complaints. They offered no compensation, just to accompany me to the police, even though they knew the police wouldn’t do anything. I spoke with both the manager and general manager, but they wouldn’t tell me the owner’s name. I’d stayed here many times over the years since its renovation and had brought other people too, but being a regular guest didn’t seem to matter. It’s budget accommodation, but the hotel has run down. The pool has been unusable for months, yet booking apps still don’t disclose that. Management changes every few months. I feel the owner doesn’t care about guests, and the staff don’t appreciate foreigners. It’s a big company called PPP, with hotels in Pattaya and Phuket. This hotel seems like their stepchild.
