The room has both a shower room and a bathtub, which feels like good value. The building faces Ratchada Road, so traffic can be noisy if you leave the windows open, though the thick windows and walls keep sound from being a problem when they're shut. The location is fairly convenient, around 300m or a 4-minute walk from Thailand Cultural Center Station. The rooftop pool is a nice feature, but it has been closed for over a year and there's no clear reopening date. Although Google lists it as a hotel, it's actually a condominium. Entry to the elevator hall requires fingerprint authentication, which may be awkward for Airbnb guests. Airbnb use is prohibited here, and security may be unfriendly to those using it, so keep that in mind.

The apartment is new and looks good, and the staff are friendly. My only reason for taking off a star is the location. The MRT stations are a 10-minute walk away, which feels like a lot when I go in and out several times a day. I prefer condos that are under five minutes from a station.

The location and view are great, and the gym and pool are nice. Cockroaches are still an issue, though. Even after trying to sanitize everything, they come through the air system. Some of the condo's interior materials also seem poor: the large kitchen glass can break easily if you forget to turn off the stove, an AC leak can damage the wooden doors, and the glass table is very fragile.

I stayed for a week in May 16, and the building was really nice. It's 29 floors, with a well-equipped gym and rooftop pool looking out over the city. There are three lifts, all fast and spacious. The entrance has security, and the guards were polite and very friendly. Phra Ram 9 MRT station is just a five-minute walk away. I can't recommend this place enough!

The location is really convenient, and the building staff are friendly with good security. The residences are beautiful, with great amenities including a gym and rooftop pool. I'd definitely stay here again.
