Asia Place Apartment

A quiet, clean and convenient place, with kind, lovely owners. It's not near downtown, but it's close to the BTS, and they have a golf car to take you to the main road. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Bang kok.

It's tucked down a back alley in a quiet part of bangkok, so the location isn't ideal, but the apartments make up for it. The staff were welcoming and really friendly, and the place was extremely clean with new facilities. My room was huge, more like a small apartment, with a super comfortable bed and great air con. It came with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses, and lots of free water. There's a new flatscreen TV, though no English-speaking channels. They also offer a free ride to the main room. Fantastic value at 800THB a night.

Orapin greeted us herself on the first day, explained everything, and helped us throughout our stay. She'd already been helpful from the time we booked. We were nine in the family, eight adults and one child, staying from 23rd to 28th sep 2019 on our first Thailand trip. The rooms were big and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless with hot water. Staff were wonderful and helpful. We had to check out at 3.30am, and they returned the deposit the day before without even inspecting the rooms. Meals are available with advance notice from 8am to 4.30pm at a very reasonable price. There's a small lift for carrying things up and down. Everything was great, and I'd absolutely recommend the place for a Bangkok trip. Thanks so much to Orapin and the staff, and best wishes to you all.

The room was spacious for our family of four, two adults and two teens, and had a TV, dining table and chairs, extra sleeper couch, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, cutlery, free water, coffee, sugar, creamer, and biscuits each day. The bathroom was immaculately clean, with hot water and a powerful shower. The building felt new, was very clean and well maintained, and had all the facilities, including self-service laundry. Reception were warm and efficient. It's in the middle of an old village, though you wouldn't guess that once inside. A golf cart can take you to the main road from 8am to 8pm for street food, restaurants, or the conveniently placed 7/11. There's also a separate apartment block for longer monthly stays, just as new and clean, at affordable rates. I'd highly recommend it to anyone on this side of town.
