It’s budget friendly and surprisingly quiet for a bustling area. The staff are helpful, the place is great, and the food they serve is fantastic. Breakfast does close early, though. Highly recommended.

A good affordable hotel in a convenient spot close to the city center. Breakfast runs from 6:30 to 10:00 AM, and all the food is halal, which was great. They changed the sheets, blankets and toiletries daily, and provided complimentary water bottles according to the number of beds. The only downside was that some staff had trouble communicating in English. Overall, I’d give it 8/10!

A good budget hotel for Muslims, with several halal eateries nearby. The mosque is about a seven-minute walk away, and Ramkhamhaeng night market is around 12 minutes on foot. There’s also a boat from the nearby Ramkhamhaeng university terminal to pratunam pier for 20 baht.

The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I found saliva and phlegm in the bathroom sink, with used tissues by the bedside table and across the floor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and were often busy on their phones. I left very unhappy. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn’t recommend Baan Thai Boutique Hotel to anyone seeking a clean, welcoming place.

We stayed two nights and found the room comfortable, clean, and well kept. The hotel is on a very busy Bangkok street, though there are shops and food stalls within walking distance. Breakfast is included and starts at 6:30, but with so many guests there may not be much left if you arrive late. The dining area is spacious, with outdoor seating too. There’s also a small pool, but our tour group schedule never gave us a chance to use it.
