Bangkok Oasis Hotel

Birds chirping early in the morning were one of the things we loved here. Nom at reception was exceptional, and everyone was polite and helpful. We really appreciated Nom’s assistance and hope to see them again. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were clean, well maintained, and top-notch. The staff were friendly, and the attention to detail made this feel like a hidden paradise, a little secret wonderland. We stayed four nights in the third week of December, then returned in the first week of January 2026. I’d definitely stay again.

The property’s nature-inspired look is its biggest strength, with lush plants and trees all around. After busy days in the city, it was lovely to return to somewhere so quiet and peaceful. We spent three days here; the room was clean and the facilities worked as expected. The amenities were well maintained and added to the relaxing feel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, and there’s a 7 eleven within walking distance. One drawback is that the hotel is tucked deep into a backstreet alley, so it was very hard to find when booking a grab. Still, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel had a good atmosphere and the room was clean and well kept during our three-day stay in Thailand. Staff cleaned properly when we were out, and the surrounding greenery made the area feel fresh and very clean. The service was good. There were a few drawbacks. Trees at the front blocked much of the natural light in our room. The shower section was quite cramped compared with the toilet area, with barely enough room for one person to stand comfortably. The rooms may also feel small for a longer stay, and the hotel is a little away from the main areas, which might not suit everyone. Check-in was strict. They wouldn’t let us in even a few minutes early, so we waited almost two hours in the lobby. Apart from that and the location, everything else was good.

I don’t expect this review to affect the hotel, but anyone reading it, especially people with darker skin, should avoid staying here. A staff member in particular was arrogant, hateful, and racist. There’s no bellboy or proper room service. If you accidentally leave even a small removable stain on the duvet, you have to do the laundry yourself. Room service won’t even try to remove it. Otherwise they charge around 1000-2000 Baht, saying it’s in their rule book. I’ve never seen this kind of policy anywhere else. I understand guests can be liable for damage if a stain can’t be removed during cleaning, but here you must wash and return it yourself or pay. The room service is useless and does almost nothing. In particular, people of color should avoid this hotel. They won’t treat you like white guests.
