The room was very clean, though ours had no window, so I’d ask for one next time. That was a minor issue. They provide lots of toiletries, slippers, and water, and you can leave your bags for free after checkout. Shoes go in lockers at the entrance, then you wear the provided slippers inside, which helps keep everything clean. The location worked well for us, in a quiet area but still near popular spots, massage places, jewelry stores, and restaurants. It may not suit someone who wants to be right in the center without paying for transport, but it was perfect for us. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it.

The comfortable beds, polite and friendly staff, and lovely smelling shampoo and other bathroom products were things we appreciated. At check-in, someone even walked us to the room and showed us how to use the digital door lock. Still, it wasn’t a pleasant stay. The bathroom was cramped, with a tiny sink, and there was a sewage smell every night for all three nights. We told the staff and they promised a “deep-clean,” but it turned out to mean air freshener spray, which didn’t help. They did try to offer a room change or let us use another room’s shower, and gave us more spray, but since it was our last night and we were tired, we stayed. There’s little sound insulation. One morning the next room’s alarm woke us, and another night we could hear people talking and the video they were watching. Street noise came through clearly too. The place looks nicely designed but seems poorly maintained: scratched walls, cracking and chipped paint, mold in the bathroom, and old, washed, reused slippers that were broken but still given to guests. The location didn’t work for us. It was far from train stations, good restaurants, convenience stores, and even MuvMi pickup and drop-off spots, so there was a lot of walking. The neighborhood was dirty, and we didn’t feel safe walking around at night. We also clumsily knocked a thin glass off the tiny bathroom shelf and broke it. We’re very sorry. It cost us 200 THB. We learned our lesson and stopped using that shelf, putting the glass in the safest place in the room instead.

The property is decent, the location is good, and the staff are great. But I could hear absolutely everything from the rooms on either side, including all their conversations and what language they were speaking, even at 1 am. Doors slamming, hallway chatter, people moving in their rooms, and road noise all came through. I even heard someone enter their room’s PIN code. The walls between rooms aren’t cemented, so neighbors don’t even have to be loud for you to hear them. Forget getting a good rest here. The owner skipped soundproofing, which is a shame given the nice property and staff. Stay at your own risk, and bring earplugs if you do.

It was a decent stay overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful to a point. The big issue was the water during the day: both the faucet and shower ran extremely hot, with no way to avoid it. Telling guests “it’s the hot season” isn’t a good enough solution, especially coming from a Thai person.
