Chaidee Mansion

The staff at Chaidee Mansion were especially helpful, giving me directions and helping print my documents. They were friendly and professional, and made me feel at home. My room was spacious, clean, and seemed newly renovated, with a modern feel and everything laid out thoughtfully. The Sukhumvit location made it easy to explore Bangkok, with restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place with good service.

For what you get, this place is overpriced, and there are plenty of better stays nearby for less. The room looked dated, but it was very clean and everything worked. We stayed three nights recently, and the staff were good.

I strongly recommend against renting here. I booked a room for “one month,” but July has 31 days and, on my way to the airport, they demanded payment for an extra day. When I refused and said I'd had enough, they wouldn't let me leave, so I had to threaten to call the police. I had a serious problem with how staff interpreted what they told me according to their own rules. They seemed “nice,” but I couldn't trust them. The place wasn't clean, the kitchen utensils were pitiful, and there were no bedside tables, so reading in bed wasn't possible. I had no problem with the other residents, but there were no Western people. The location was close to excellent.

Dear Khun Micah Mabait, Warm greetings from Chaidee Mansion. Thank you so much for your review. We hope to welcome you back to Chaidee Mansion in the future. Kind regards, Reservations Team
