The location is good, and the staff welcomed us warmly and helped with our luggage. The room, though, was stuffy, and the air conditioning was dirty and didn’t seem properly maintained. They knew the hot water wasn’t working but didn’t offer an immediate fix.

I spent three nights here and had no problems. The staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was very good, and I really enjoyed the pool. I know where I’ll stay next time I’m in Bangkok.

The pool was pretty nice, and the room had everything we needed. It was also fairly big, though it didn’t feel especially cozy and could use a few small repairs. The bathroom’s see-through walls were odd. We’d expected a hotel, but found an apartment building with no check-in desk or staff around. After messaging the owner, a worker came and let us leave our luggage in the room.

The pool is clean and mostly shaded, the gym is great, and I liked the water pressure, comfortable bed, large easy-to-use smart TV, and balcony view. The location sits between two BTS stations. Still, I’d look for another hotel. I booked through hotels.com, and several listed services weren’t actually available. Our one-room booking was really better suited to one person than a couple, so it might be fine if you’re traveling alone. They didn’t want to provide daily cleaning, but I insisted, mostly because we needed towels. The shower isn’t enclosed, so water gets everywhere, and its transparent doors feel a bit awkward, or sexy if that’s your thing. WiFi was weak, slow, and unreliable, which got frustrating. We were also counting on laundry because they said they had it, but they don’t.
